Open the Network card, click on configure the Network card, and then advanced.

If the NIC is capable of Jumbo packets, you will see it listed, with the jumbo packet options.
These are from my home box, so limited options.

Make sure that the end-end connection including network appliances are configured. You might want to monitor the resource usage on switches after turning it on.
