Windows 7 laptop here with the language set in the control panel to English U.S.
Office 2010 will not start, will not uninstall and will not reinstall.
the language of this installation package is not supported by your system
I'm thinking a config.xml or something?

I got it done. There were several installs that were failed and they created five folders with the GUID number as the folder name.

The uninstall is working.
