Don't now if the Technet forums qualify as "Cloud" but there is low availability or no availability this afternon.

Tried to post once (three times in fact) with Opera, now cannot even access with IE9.

This is the message (not just my imagination):

The forums are down. The CRM MVPS were monitoring the forum and all of a sudden it went down. We notified MSFT and the engineers are working on it.
