Can a 'Full Copy or BMR' backup that was sent to remote folder be converted to a DVD for an easy Restore?

The BMR backup is restored by putting in the Windows Setup DVD and selecting "Repair" then you point it at the backup. You could put the backup on a DVD or a flash drive or keep it on the network folder, any of those options will work fine.
