Hello,

We have a program that automatically sends mail that contains URLs referring to a certain ticket. That way they can follow-up a ticket.

In those mails, is an URL referring to an internal website.
But when some users click the URL, windows explorer opens... ?

The tooltip when hovering over the URL shows blocked::http://myurl.com .

Some users get redirected to the right page, other users get a windows explorer window to browse through folders...

Any idea why?
Thanks in advance.

I think the problem lies in the single qoutes around the url. I think this part:
<A href="'http://servername/werkaanvraag/werkaanvraag.aspx?command=Show&TicketNummer=11031603'">

Should be cahnged in:
<A href="http://servername/werkaanvraag/werkaanvraag.aspx?command=Show&TicketNummer=11031603">
